We want to improve and perform well, without results defining someone’s value to the clan.

We assume good intentions and trust members unless there is a clear reason not to.

Expectations and decisions should be transparent and applied consistently where practical.

Each clan serves a different purpose, so every account has a place that matches current activity, battle output, and long-term availability. It also helps you meet the team, see who is in each clan, and settle into the spot that fits them best.
